Maybe low income drivers should acquaint themselves with traffic laws and then follow said laws.
There is a minimum requirement to obtain a drivers license. If they cannot read, or fail to pay attention, too damn bad!
In sum, if you are white - you can expect to get a ticket as the law stipulates

The reasoning is stupid but I hate red light cameras, find them to be onerous and unfair, and have paid out about $700 when I really shouldn’t have had to due to one.

Poor people disproportionately run red lights.
We need Affirmative Action for traffic violations. Plus, minorities can’t be expected to have photo ID like a drivers license! That’s why we can’t require ID at voting booths.
I’m sure the red light cameras don’t care who’s driving the vehicle.
It a disproportionately high number of low income people are getting tickets, it’s NOT the camera’s fault.
Bugs the heck out of me when I see people blowing through four way stop signs in residential areas.
There are way too many B-A-D drivers out there today, and it's worse thanks to cell phones and texting while driving.
I felt safer driving at speeds exceeding 100 MPH on the autobahn in Germany than I do driving in the US.

OK, so the cameras are racist. The software controlling them has been set up so it searches for light skin, and switches off when it finds light skin, so Whites don’t get tickets. That must be it.
After all, it couldn’t possibly be true that non-Whites break the law more than Whites. No. Everybody knows that. We all know that the cops profile, and let Whites go while stopping non-Whites. Non-Whites are more honest than Whites. The discrepancy is due to racism.
