Washington (CNN) — Even as President-elect Donald Trump and his aides cast doubt on the links between Russia and recent hacks against Democrats, US intelligence officials say that newly identified "digital fingerprints" indicate Moscow was behind the intrusions. One official told CNN the administration has traced the hack to the specific keyboards -- which featured Cyrillic characters -- that were used to construct the malware code, adding that the equipment leaves "digital fingerprints" and, in the case of the recent hacks, those prints point to the Russian government.

Seriously, they actually said they could trace the digital fingerprints to a specific Keyboard. There is no limit to the extent the left will generate Fake News in an effort to excuse their candidate's performance in the election.

I’m still unclear how you can possibly “hack an election.” The voting machines aren’t connected to the Internet.

Gosh, CNN, this sounds series. What kind of information did the hacks reveal?
And by hack the election - all they mean is someone released DNC true emails, showing the media, RAT corruption. Not hacking voting machines. In other words, doing the job the media claimed they once did.
I would LOVE to see the technical description of how a keyboard, or any input device, leaves a “digital fingerprint”.
