Let's Examine The Ramifications If Obama Pardons Hillary and/or the Clinton Foundatation

We all know that Hillary has violated numerous federal statutes in her email operation and we also know that the Clintons have used the Clinton Foundation (and possibility other Clinton family foundations)in "pay for play" activities whereby shady characters, foreign governments, etc. have contributed millions of dollars in return for favors...the Clintons have amassed billions of dollars in graft and corruption.

It is highly likely that the Clintons and their foundation will receive a pardon from Obama once they agree upon a price for the bribe.

Marc Rich got a pardon for his $200 million tax fraud by sending his wife from Switzerland over to DC to give President Bill Clinton a few BJ's and several million dollars to the Clintons.

One of them is this: the Trump administration can proceed with a comprehensive review, survey, and analysis of the magnitude of damage to national security that resulted from her mishandling of classified material without worrying about or being constrained by the rules of criminal procedure as it relates to a planned prosecution of Hillary.

This means — for example — that subpoenas won't need to be procured because there is no criminal exposure for Hillary.

I read earlier tonight they were closing down the Clinton Foundation. Do they just get to keep the money?

Even if she gets a ‘get out of jail free’ card, her assets may be subject to equitable liens or constructive trusts due to the Clintons’ unjust enrichment.
Since the USA was harmed by her selling of influence, forfeiture to the US Treasury?

I don’t remember her being charged with anything (though she should be). No charges, no pardon.

At the rate of expenditures, and no real money coming in since mid-November, I’d take a guess that it’ll be down to zero within sixty to ninety days.

A lot of their capital was going to ‘hanger-on’s’ and their salaries (Syd for example). Toss in travel costs for Bill. Then you have to ask at this point....who would be stupid enough to pay Hillary $100,000 to make some speech?

Pardons also only cover criminal crimes. There can be lots of civil suites. Also Obama has to pardon everyone who conspired with her in her criminal activity. That will finish the Clinton Crime Family.

1. If the DemocRATS take the risk and pardon Hillary; it will mean the end of the DemocRAT Party, because they will prove that they have no morals, and crime and corruption is okay for them .. just not anybody else (unless they approve).

The left in a general sense lives for the here and now.

Now that they have lost the power of the pen, they are scrambling and rambling like dogs in the night.

I expect Trump to let Hillary go provided the illegal money machine is shut down.

I don’t advocate for that and want the entire party prosecuted, but that won’t happen.

I wonder if Hillary would have to testify truthfully if she is pardoned? I wouldn’t think perjury at that point would be covered. Maybe that is why Obama might not pardon her. If I were Obama I would feel better if Hillary just passed away....
