Let the remedy come out of their general fund.

they’ll have money to do nothing and the economy will take off.

Let Tonto bugger pale-face a thousand times over this..!

My guess is that the EPA employees were trying to create a ‘small’ leak to the outside world, so that they could prosecute and seize the property, increase their power and show that they were ‘saving the erf’. But, the ‘small leak’ turned into a huge massive damn break, poisoning the waters downstream for hundreds of miles..................

Republicans and Democrats have criticized the agency’s decision to ignore victims associated with the Gold King Mine spill

What Democrats? On the national level?

One?

Can Obama be prosecuted for these types of crimes that occurred while he was running the show?

The biggest punishment for the EPA is to force them to install Blue Note on their government computers. Preventing these guys from viewing porn will drive them crazy!

Has Gina destroyed any emails or findings about the spill?

Has Gina responded “truthfully” to Federal investigators?

If not, throw the book at Gina McCarthy.

Except he should not have done so: Federalism forbids that: It is the purview of the states.

Nixon was a RINO before the term.

Oh yeah! I can see this strategy from a mile away, and I hope Trump does it in conjunction with massive budget cuts or eliminating the EPA.

That might be a reasonable guess, but I would actually like to know what the OFFICIAL reason was that was given.

It’s like sawing off the limb of a tree that you are sitting on level stupid.

IIRC, the ‘official’ reason was they were doing some ‘routine’ testing.....................

As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.

Patriots need to get Trump up to speed with the following constitutional reality concerning the EPA. While the EPA is arguably a good idea, the states have never expressly constitutionally delegated to the feds the specific power to police the environment.

So the post-17th Amendment ratification, state sovereignty-ignoring Congress is guilty of the following concerning the EPA imo.

Corrupt Congress not only wrongly established the EPA, the EPA based on constitutionally nonexistent federal government powers, but also wrongly allows the non-elected bureaucrats running the EPA to steal state powers to police environment, and use those powers to oppress the states and their citizens.

Drain the swamp! Drain the swamp!

Remember in November ’18 !

Since Trump entered the ’16 presidential race too late for patriots to make sure that there were state sovereignty-respecting candidates on the primary ballots, patriots need make sure that such candidates are on the ’18 primary ballots so that they can be elected to support Trump in draining the unconstitutionally big federal government swamp.

Such a Congress will also be able to finish draining the swamp with respect to getting the remaining state sovereignty-ignoring, activist justices off of the bench.

Noting that the primaries start in Iowa and New Hampshire in February ‘18, patriots need to challenge candidates for federal office in the following way.

Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal government’s powers.

Patriots also need to find candidates that are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal government’s limited powers listed above.
