“Routine” testing?

That’s kinda like sticking a fork into an electrical outlet to see if it is on, isn’t it...

Good post. The same can be said for the Department of Education, and a few other departments I can’t recall right now. :-)
Trump has not struck me as a big states rights person, but we’ll see. Cutting the size and scope of these agencies is a great start.

You forgot to add that Nixon used an Executive Order-—Congress did NOT pass this as a law.

It can be erased with an Executive Order from Pres Trump.

It was just an easy excuse for the cover-up.
They did not take into account that if you drill a small hole in an earthen dam, it quickly turns into a HUGE GAPING HOLE....................

"I’d bet the rent money that it was a deliberate act"

Of course it was. They had been trying to gain Superfund status for this location for quite a number of years. This helped it right along.

You are correct.
A bit of history listed by posting date:
Letter to Editor PREDICTED COLORADO EPA SPILL So EPA Could Secure Superfund Status
EPA accused at hearing of doctoring video from Gold King Mine spill
House panel chairman: Gold King mine was breached on purpose ( EPA )
EPA’s Gold King Mine Blowout Was No Accident
EPA Withheld Key Info On Post-Spill Funding To Gold King Mine Culprit

Hope I got all of the links right.

I guess all the libtard protestors are racists. They go to South Dakota to protest a pipeline that hasn’t even become operational, on behalf of the Souix tribe, but a devastating enviormental spill happens in southern Colorado, contaminating water used by the Navajo, and there isn’t a protestor to be found.

Hope action is taken against the EPA for covering up the Flint water crisis too.

It's hard to believe we're only in the second day of a normal work week. It's like Trump's going to make things work again... that the world will become sane...

Can you just imagine the crowd of abject losers and crony appointees that populate the EPA?

You know the EPA's filled with haters ... people who hate traditional Americans... hate our country and everything in it...

"Trump has not struck me as a big states rights person, but we’ll see."

Trump, along with probably most other citizens, was probably never taught about the fed’s constitutionally limited powers as the Founding States had intended for those powers to be understood, particularly Congress’s Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

But I think that constitution-savvy patriots will find that Trump is a good, quick learner.

“Pres. Trump definitely ought to intervene on the side of the Navahos on this matter.”

A great way to whittle away at the dem voter base in NM.

"When I tell people that these Departments are not constitutional, they look at me like I have three eyes."

People have been taught that the federal government is Santa Claus. They need to be taught the fed’s constitutionally limited powers, particularly Congress’s limited power to appropriate taxes.

And Judge Andrew Napolitano will read Congress’s constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to anybody that has about three minutes to spare.

Judge Napolitano & the Constitution

Patriots need to support Trump in putting a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that Congress cannot justify under its Section 8-limited powers.

Once unconstitutional taxes are stopped then the states will probably find a tsunami of new revenues that they won’t know what to do with. Then the states can be Santa Claus as the Founding States had intended.

Drain the swamp! Drain the swamp!

Remember in November ’18 !

Since Trump entered the ’16 presidential race too late for patriots to make sure that there were state sovereignty-respecting candidates on the primary ballots, patriots need make sure that such candidates are on the ’18 primary ballots so that they can be elected to support Trump in draining the unconstitutionally big federal government swamp.

Such a Congress will also be able to finish draining the swamp with respect to getting the remaining state sovereignty-ignoring, activist justices off of the bench.

Noting that the primaries start in Iowa and New Hampshire in February ‘18, patriots need to challenge candidates for federal office in the following way.

Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal government’s powers.

Patriots also need to find candidates that are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal government’s limited powers listed above.
