Excellent summary of what is happening in America and many other countries.

These battle lines are being clearly drawn between those who want a country run by a responsible, accountable government and those who simply want a government to provide everything while making all their decisions for them. I guess that sums up the main difference between the left & right today..

Sort of like Bowie & Travis, except, we hope with a better ending.

Robert Kennedy was included with the Cuban Crisis and not approved. Hers was not in the military and the only thing in common was Marilyn.

Maybe he can finally get all the info about UFOs.

I hope so - the "Ancient Aliens" "UFO" shows can use some fresh data to amuse us with.

We need to know the truth about Area 51 and Wright Patterson AFB - ;-)

...trump is so neat and clean...and bannon isnt.

Obama was clean and articulate-Joe Biden

Pretty harsh statement about Bannon.

He has a different dress code, Trump doesn't seem to mind. He is interested in his political abilities which are enormous.

Why is Bannon not clean? Have you ever stood next to him?

I have, and he was clean.

Bannon has not had a neat and clean look. Look at the pictures of him ..there are many where he looks like he has been on some kind of bender..go find someone at trumps organization prior to this run that was allowed to look like that at work. Find me just one

Bannon has cleaned up quite a bit but still looks untidy..I saw one in the oval office where I could swear his pants were dragging on the floor...etc. ..i have to go look at that photo again

If you can’t find one photo where trumps staff is at work prior to his run for office looking like they had been on a 5 day drunk..then you might finally understand. Its not something he would allow of a close advisor.

Breitbart DC offices. Bannon's motto: "Honey badger don't give a s***."

I believe we'll all be very glad to have Bannon as President Trump's right hand man.

As far as getting acquainted with him, the NYT (and you know they hate him) actually did a very good biographical piece on him a few months ago. NYT link. Well worth the read.

The Times piece also includes this youtube of Bannon's ten minute speech to the New York Tea Party group in April, 2010. It's well worth the watch: https://youtu.be/Jf_Yj5XxUE0

I remember during the campaign when the narrative was that the Trump campaign staff was "always in turmoil" and that a desperate Trump kept switching campaign managers.

Turns out Trump knew exactly what he was doing the whole time. He brought in Manafort when he had to lock down the nomination and stop the delegate leakage. He then brought in Kellyanne and Steve Bannon for the final push, knowing that they would both play pivotal roles in his Administration.

Fakenews on this thread too, I’m surprised FR members buy into the trash from leftists

Retractions are as rare as spotted owls oops they aren’t rare but delicious!

Sometimes opposites attract. At first I saw no way the two could get along because they are so different. You almost never see Trump without a crisp business suit and even his casual wear is what you would expect for dinner at an exclusive golf club. On the other hand, Bannon prefers the unshaven, rumpled look and prefers to hang around in cargo shorts, sandals and some old wrinkled shirt pulled from the bottom of a pile of dirty laundry. But he's cleaned up pretty well since Trump's victory.

From all that I've read, Bannon is extremely smart and has some very deep connections, not just in media but in the military and banking/financial worlds, where he spent much of his career. What I find most intriguing however is the access Steve is said to have to the "dark web" which is said to contain some pretty wild stuff about shadow governments, underground political movements, terrorist networks and such.

LSM reporting this as Trump demoting JCOS, and Nat’l Director of Intelligence and replacing with Bannon, who has dangerous ideas.

Sam: When we joined FR, there was no "dark web". It was just the web. It was like the "wild west" of the internet. Remember? Kind regards, Concentrate

“Sam: When we joined FR, there was no “dark web”.”

There were alt.binaries usenet groups that go back to the late 1980s. I suspect that the dark web has its roots there.
