All you have to do is obtain the cell phone number of a targeted individual, then its very possible for a technically sophisticated hacker to listen into anything being done on that phone. Remember the San Benardino terrorists and the unwillingness of Apple to unlock the encryption. As it turned out an Israeli company had already developed the software to open the encrypted I phone and the data was revealed without Apple’s cooperation. Suspect NSA has even better technology as do special units within the Federal government.
I think the difference between “bugged” and “wiretapped” is a lot finer than the way that the election was “hacked” has been used since November. I can live with the former being blurred, because essentially the conclusion is the same, however, Hacking the DNC servers is NOT the same as Hacking an election. Hacking an election infers that voting machines were tampered with, which nobody is claiming. I would really love for DJT to come out and say this “hacked election” stuff is bull excrement ... it was the DNC servers that were hacked, and that nobody is claiming that what was released is false. Just because the Dems got caught with their pants down does not mean that it was not a good election. The fact DJT won, in spite of the Obama bug/wire-tap/whatever is testament to just how above board this election actually was.

There is technology that is able to detect if your telephone is being “tapped”. It would be part of a sweep regimen that any high tech security outfit would perform (such as the Secret Service).
However, the more sophisticated form of “tapping” can be very hard to detect as a “side channel” in the telephone switch (central office matrix) may be electronically paralleled. This would not cause a detectable drop in the line voltage.
In the Trump Tower, they likely would have an internal telephone switch matrix system (PBX). Not sure how to detect a “tap” at the Telephone Central office with a PBX in between.
Maybe some guru could provide insight here...

The speculation is he might be running a secret investigation for Trump on all this...that's why I didn't get the big appointments this was a special mission ..
Rudy would be the ideal choice, someone that has the credibility that knows all the players this is all going on the New York...Someone Trump can implicitly trust and has the public credibility to boot ....The fact that Rudy's been completely off the radar with all this going on raises that suspicion

Trump is not a geek, so I don’t expect correct jargon. The fact remains, his campaign was put under surveillance in hopes of distracting from Clinton’s destruction. The Russian propaganda was worked simultaneously to give a veneer of legality.
Anyone remember the strange coincidence of Hillary expounding on American arms trafficking in Mexico weeks before Fast and Furious blew up? It’s always the same MO: Commit the crime, spread rumors, and blame your opponents when you get caught.
Though the press is complicit, I think Trump is going to bring the house of cards down or die trying. I think we all need to get serious about our prayers for his safety. This is far beyond a political battle.

So whether something ever gets revealed, and/or gets the populace to WAKE UP, is something I doubt....
