That was much more than just a statement from the proponents. It was THE essential requirement of the bill else it would never have passed.
There should already be US Marshalls kicking down his door.

Look at the House GOP’s agenda since January. It has been devoid of any substance. What other majority party with control of the White House has failed to act on a single significant issue in its first 100 days? Why are they not passing bills defending Trump’s executive order, and why are they not stripping the courts of jurisdiction over immigration?
Trump’s only major accomplishment thus far was the refugee moratorium and that is hanging by a thread thanks to the erroneous outsourcing of legislative and executive authority to the courts. It’s time for Trump to work with House conservatives to bolster his immigration agenda against the courts, instead of fighting conservatives to enshrine Obamacare into law.
Trump must demand that Congress back his immigration order in the April budget bill by defunding the refugee resettlement program and the issuance of any visas from the six countries on his list. House conservatives should also work with Trump to defund Obama’s executive amnesty.
Instead of threatening conservatives with primary challenges if they fail to betray Trump’s own election mandate, why not threaten to primary the RINOs for not backing his immigration agenda? Or is it easier to go after conservatives because they are politically expendable?

How does this judge expect to compel the Executive branch to do anything?
The other day Trump visited the grave of Andrew Jackson.
I think he was giving us a sign.
I would like to add : As long as they are not located in his gated community. How can this person make law and foreign policy. Send them to Tahiti. The curse of Obama is still with us.
Trump is inviting this judicial coup with his WEAKNESS. He never should have permitted his prior order to be halted. If he wants to celebrate Andrew Jackson, then ACT like him, and tell the courts to F off!
This is a judge in Maryland, not Hawaii.
By the way, the news today is that Hawaii has had NO refugees or immigrants from the seven countries on Pres. Trump’s list. So ALL such immigrants should be settled in racist Hawaii..

That is what happens when the judiciary is given veto power over immigration, and the administration abides by their rulings.
They should do what President Jackson did: ignore it.
At this point let them go for impeachment because this country’s safety is at stake. Sick of him letting these rogue judges get away with this.
