I have been trying to post a reply to the above-linked thread, Huma Abedin Files for Divorce all night. Instead, I get a constant "internal error" message. The moderators have given me the following advice:

"If no one else is having this problem, I suspect it may be an issue specific to the device you’re using. Try clearing your browser cache (or try another browser all together). If that doesn’t do it, try rebooting the device. There may be an available software update that may resolve your issue. If all else fails, it’s ok to post a vanity thread to see if the techies here could weigh in. Good luck."

This is a new computer, and the only browser I have is Microsoft Edge. So I restarted it and the error message persists, even though I can start threads. It remains impossible to contribute to existing threads. Please advise.

I second what others have offered on the thread. Download the Firefox browser and try that instead of the MS default browser.

I switched from Internet Explorer to Firefox back in the Windows XP days, and never looked back. I just picked up a Windows 10 computer two weeks ago, and the first thing I did was download Firefox.

Don’t forget, is your Computer plugged in?

The obvious answer is, I can’t tell, it’s dark outside and the lights aren’t working.

Early 90s?

Was Microsoft even a company back then? I knew exactly one person who owned a personal computer in those days. I'm talking around '91 or so.

Hey, the "Amish" ain't my bros. My bros love the flag and the founding. I'm just sick to death of the 'joke'. It was funny the first 50,000 times, but now, not so much.

I owned a computer in the ‘80s and ran autocad and lotus 1-2-3. I had to install a math co predecessor for autocad. I think the CPU was an 80386.

I know people were using personal computers back in the late 80s - early 90s. I just don’t remember seeing Windows or Internet Explorer back then. I’m not a techie, so I’m not sure of the exact timeline.

My dad had a pc back in the mid 80s. It ran on DOS, if I recall. I had no idea how to work it, having only previously used the company terminals at my job.
