Comey said he leaked his memo because of Trump's Tweet. But Trump's attorney said he leaked the memo BEFORE Trump's Tweet..

Am I correct here? Is this perjury, in addition to telling Grassley in a prior hearing that he was NEVER the source of leaks to the press?
