Every country in the world tries to influence every other country’s elections if they can. It’s part of the game. We do it. Russians do it. Swedes do it. The EU does it. Canada does it. Everyone. It’s part of the game.

DemncRATs are like 9 years olds. Now this idiot wants us to attack a nuclear power? Has he been potty trained?

"By the way, if I were a Trump supporter, I would want to retaliate massively because it has tainted his victory."

This is exactly how someone who works as a political pundit pr!ck thinks. Everything can only be seen from a partisan perspective, which explains why they never accomplish anything useful and are so out of touch with normal people.

I hate to break it to The Forehead, but the only people who believe anything has "tainted" Donald Trump's victory in the 2016 election are people like him who had a personal stake in seeing him lose.

I don't consider anything about President Trump to be "tainted." I'm still enjoying all the winning and will keep doing my best to Make America Great Again.

You aren't remembering then. There was a serious Russophile and Putin-worshiping element. (Which were definitely aided by Posters who were Russian (most likely paid) trolls.

The fact is though, Russia was in Syria to save Iran's client state and their own access to a warm water port. They didn't effect ISIS, except perhaps in s light instances were it was collateral to saving Assad. They were fighting for or rescuing Christians in the Middle East.

If Putin is the savior of Christianity they made him out to be, why is he allies to so many Muslim countries, especially Iran?

And there are damned few reasons for the U.S. and Russia to fight one another.

True, just as in the Cold War there were few reasons for the Russians and U.S. to fight - directly. But that doesn't mean that they aren't enemies. The antagonism between the two countries has always played out outside of direct war, and through proxies, etc. For example, do you think Iran is an overall positive for the United States? Because Russia supports and enables them.

Russia and USSR have been meddling in American politics since oh, about 1918. America has been meddling in Russian and Soviet politics since about the same time. Why is it so critical right now? The Russians affected our government far more during HST and FDR than what all that is even alleged to have occurred and we sure as hell meddled in their system. We collapsed it, actually.

Starting intractable wars is the only impetus Dramacrats can muster to stimulate the economy. Plus it’s a 2fer when there’s a Republican in the White House. The eventual decline in ratings makes it easier to win back.

I believe that Begala does not care as long as Begala is on the winning or controlling side. And that he survives to be on the winning side.

Russia is not a friend of the Muslims, but Putin sees Iran as a strategic foil against others. Just like China sees North Korea as a foil against us.

As far as the Western values/Christianity thing, Putin plays to his own base very well. He has been ruthless in destroying any nest of Islamists within the borders of Russia.

How do you explain two "enemy" countries building and staffing an International Space Station together like NASA and Roscosmos (NASA's Russian counterpart) have done?

Russia is the only country in the world with rockets that can bring American astronauts to the ISS.

It happens more than you think.

So, you think that Iran is our ally, not our enemy? After all, we have that big agreement with them?

In’t NASA the government agencies whose purpose is to reach out to the Muslim world and make up for everything we’ve done to them?

You seem to think that every foreign country must be either an ally or an enemy of the U.S.

Iran sure isn't an ally of the U.S. We may have an "agreement" of some kind with them, but I understand Iran and the U.S. haven't had embassies in each other's country since 1980. Even the U.S. and the Soviet Union maintained embassies with each other at the height of the Cold War.

I don't think that at all. Turkey is probably an example of a country that isn't an ally or an enemy. But clearly Russia and Iran are threats to the U.S. It doesn't mean we should attack them, but we should be very aware they are not our friends.

Thermonuclear war with Russia because Hillary couldn't get enough
votes in Wisconsin, Michigan & Pennsylvania.
That's first class thinking Begala. What have the
Democrats planned if they don't take the Senate in 2018?
Germ warfare with the Chi-Comms?

How many Americans are the Democrats willing to murder to
regain power over Americans and put their homosexual
weirdos and bizarre candidates in office?

BS bluff. If Trump went to war on Russia, Democrats would pull the Goldwater siren add like they did on Romney

Russia’s always been at war with us- these terrorist groups are all state supported.
The Russians stocked Iraq with weapons, as did the French and Chinese... then just prior to the coalition invasion, the Russians moved the weapons to Syria, and Saddam gave the two Russians that led the “cleanup” , including Primakov, medals.
All this while Syria and the Russians were actively working with Hezbollah leader Imad Mugniyeh, and they were assassinating Lebanese politicians.
It’s a covert war and a propaganda war, but a war nonetheless.
