You mentioned the law abiding- have any of these ding dongs thought about the message this sends to the children/young people that do not get involved in gangs, or violence. Those that are trying to do the right things will have a hard time understanding that the worst of the worst are getting paid in order to try to get them to behave.
If I was a parent of a kid that was not a gang banger in that area I would be pretty excited about this message.
I can't wrap my head around how people think, when they support craziness like this, don't stand up to it. I haven't read about any local opposition to this, can't imagine that.

Again, after the HA’s eliminated the gun threat, they were acquitted.

This has got to come from federal government black grants. I don’t that a city would have this kind of money to throw around. Block grants cover many sins.
The Dems are always thinking up new *programs* to help the poor unfortunates. It requires a small army of hand holders and liberal nannies to cure all of humanities ills one by one.
