It is easier to strip a group of their rights, families, futures, and money when they have been condemned as genetically evil.
Additionally, once that is done, other groups can be declared genetically good in contrast.

I am glad the Senate agrees with the 99% plus of the country in opposing terrorism by White supremacists, White nationalists, neo-Nazis, the Ku Klux Klan, and associated groups. I just wish democrats agreed with the decent half of the country in opposing terrorism by BLM, Antifa, etc.
