You can bumpfire with your thumb hooked into your belt loop. This law will require the amputation of your thumb and confiscation of your jeans. Seriously, that’s what bad legislation can do, and I’m only half kidding.

Not sure if that's enough.

Maybe, if you were able to fire 4 shots a second last month, then practiced until you could fire 5 shots a second this month, you would be in violation.....
