In fact, Judge Nance specifically addressed the issue of Trump undue command influence and completely shot down the idea of Trump influence as political campaign rhetoric with no impact on the case
The reason for this is because Judge Nance was a carefully selected Obama era ringer who was appointed to make sure Bergdahl went free.
If Nance had admitted Trump Command influence Nance would have had to vacate the bench, declare a mistrial and put another judge, one not selected by Obama partisans to cover their agenda and let Bergdahl skate, on the case .
Because the Judge said so..but as someone pointed out..may be scapegoat for his decision. Would have done it anyway

There were six who died looking for him. Is there proof of this out there, or has it been wiped off the net? How could they possibly ignore six dead soldiers???

He will be reduced in grade to E-1 then kept on active duty until the fine is paid. Then he will be Dishonorably Discharged.
