Liz, last night Tucker Carlson showed some hot mike video of Lauer telling Meredith Viera to lower her sweater so he could peek. What took me aback was his lack of humor; he was so dark in tone that it made my scalp jump! Amazing he lasted as long as he did.
He wanted her to watch her language.
He didn’t want her to say they knew he was a predator. He just wanted her to say they knew he was a philanderer.
The difference being that one is criminal, and he does not want her saying -especially on-air- that they knew.
It was so pervasive and protected that he could even joke about it. That’s the power of the Left.

Frankly, I’m gratified you get the dark undertones of this behavior........it does not happen in a vacuum. These predators are constantly on the hunt for sexual thrills. No woman is safe from their predatory instincts.

What Weinstein, Lauer, et al, did, was actual stalking, assault and quite possibly rape....with the added problem of it was widely known and the Hollywood/Media hypocrites ignored it.

Yes if I was Lauer I would be deflecting a lot of the blame for this to NBC execs who turned a blind eye toward his behavior and signaled that it was acceptable.
