He ‘warned’! Muslim countries have capitals. What bothers him is that it is the Jewish state of Israel.Because it’s Jewish in the midst of Islamic hegemony and supremacy this would be a great offence. All the more reason to recognize Jerusalem as the capital.Nothing like agitating a Muslim supremacist.
There is no “peace process.” There is a reason to give the Palestinians money and support so they can continue to conduct war against Israel. If the Palestinians are forced to admit they have lost their war, then there will be peace. Not, before.
I submit that there are five stages for the Palestinians to get through before they can have peace with Israel.
1. Denial
2. Anger
3. Bargaining
4. Depression
5. Acceptance
Various people have been stuck on stages one through four. But nobody has made it all the way to the final step, acceptance. This is because, until the US recognizes Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, there is good reason to hang onto whatever stage they are comfortable. But once the US seals their fate, they have no place else to go but acceptance and then, peace.
But the Pali stages are:
Denial
Anger
Depression
Delusion
Denial

The Jews’ eternal capitol is and has always been Jerusalem and when Jews pray (3 times a day) anywhere on the planet, they face Jerusalem.
To the Muslims Jerusalem comes in 3rd place in terms of importance. Muslims pray 5 times a day and face Mecca & Medina and NOT Jerusalem! Actually they face their rear ends towards Jerusalem’s Temple Mount!!
The fact that they have successfully raised the importance of Jerusalem (or as they call it Al-Quds, the Holy) to the epicenter of their struggle to kill all the Jews is factually irrelevant but then again, since when has their truth been important to the Arab-Muslims?
Trump will recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capitol and move the embassy there. He just has this little Mueller problem and some policy decisions to take care of first.
