AZTEC, N.M. (AP) — The Latest on a shooting at a New Mexico high school (all times local): 10:25 a.m. Authorities say three people are dead following a shooting at a New Mexico high school. San Juan County Sheriff Ken Christesen told reporters that three people believed to be students died Thursday at Aztec High School. He says the shooter also was dead but didn't say if the suspect was among the three. Authorities said they had cleared all the buildings at the school and that students were boarding buses to another location where they could be reunited with their parents. Deputies with the sheriff's office and surrounding police departments responded to the school after reports of a shooting.

Government schools are nothing but Lord of the Flies indoctrination centers. They require kids to report to this human warehouse everyday, then fail to protect them.
In this computer age, just a fast look will tell you Aztec a town of 6,000 is a long way from the Navajo or Ute reservations. Sure teens everywhere have gangbanger wannabees in small towns and yes reservations. But it's a very small percentage. Actec has 1 high school, 1 middle school and 3 elementary schools populated with the kids of ranchers, farmers, oilfield workers primarily. The large part of the native population lives off the reservation mixed with all the rest. The natives contribute no more to crime than any other demographic in the area. It's not a ghetto, barrio etc. It's classic small town rural America. Some folks just need to take a breath, back off and maybe read before they type assumptions.

We have a very good pastor at our church, but sadly last night I simply could not get him to understand that the Day of the Lord is the coming tribulation and that the Valley of Megiddo is Armageddon and is coming soon. They are all, as Paul says, on milk and not on the meat of the word. Sad. They simply think everything is good and fine. They do not see the days we are in and what is coming. I am a fish out of water. I am one of THOSE prophesy nuts. What is wrong with him. I hear it all. Oh, well, I read the Book, and that is what the Book says.
If the six dead adults at Sandy Hook could have a do-over, you can bet they would have preferred to have face Adam Lanza with a gun of their own.

I think there are a lot of drugs though. I have a house very close to Aztec. Every year, the elementary school right up the road from me has several PSAs on the bulletin board (on the roadway) about crystal meth awareness.
When I sold my property there in NW NM, the man who bought it looked warily at the neighbors next door and wondered if they might be Mexicans.
I told him it was a family of Navajos and he let out a sigh of relief and said.... “I’m glad it’s just Indians! Mexicans will steal you blind!”
Yep. For me it just kind of ran its course. I used to be pre-trib, btw. I’m now “mid-trib”, AKA “post-trib, pre-wrath.”
I believe the first 3.5 years is the great tribulation against the saints and the reign of the best and then the rapture, (Rev 7) and then the 3.5 years of “wrath of god”.
But I’m not married to it. ;)
Worst school lunches I ever had were in Aztec back in 1956. I mean they were BAD! It seems every day it was a gross slop of some sort of macaroni and cheese, very light on the cheese. Kids including me were constantly throwing that slop back up on our trays.
I talked mom into letting me take a sack lunch.
Kirtland school lunches were great! Farmington schools did not have a lunch as there were so many kids there at that time we went to school only half a day. Then other kids went to school afternoon.
Aztec has some really cool native American ruins.
I used to live about 100 yards south of the ruins in a house with an apple orchard. It is all gone now replaced by a trailer park.
