Rep. Jim Jordan Grill .... Peter Strzok: Did He Use Steele Dossier To Obtain FISA Warrant?
RealClearPolitics ^ | 12/07/2017 | Tim Hains

Posted on 12/07/2017 1:54:25 PM PST by Kid Shelleen

Rep. Jim Jordan asks FBI director Christopher Wray whether Peter Strzok, the FBI agent who was fired by the Mueller investigation for sending "anti-Trump text messages," was involved with getting a warrant to spy on members of the Trump campaign. Jordan posits that Strzok was the agent who used the Steele dossier to obtain a warrant from a FISA court to spy on members of the Trump campaign --snip-- "And if this happened, if you have the FBI working with the Democrats' campaign, to take opposition research, dress it all up and turning it into an intelligence document to take it to a FISA court so they can spy on another campaign, if that happened, that is as wrong as it gets.."

Strzok is not the mastermind you are making him out to be.

The only thing I want to know about Strzok is, “who sent him?”

" Peter Strzok: Did He Use Steele Dossier To Obtain FISA Warrant?"

Just as easily, could have been McCain or any number of RINO's

Yeah, the jig is up.

In a nation of laws, a dozen or so senior DOJ/FBI types could expect prison stripes, and a similar number impeached and forever banned from government employment.

We’ll see.

He may not be the mastermind, but he has seemingly been involved with every single bit of corruption at the FBI over the last several years.

Him, and that scumbag McCabe.

“I was so hoping the new FBI director, Wray, would not be the partisan hack that Comey was, but after seeing him clam up before the committee today, I’m afraid he may be.”

Director Wray did nothing wrong. He can’t throw his institution under the bus. He can’t throw his people under the bus.

He did the next best thing. He deferred and said the OIG is handling it. It’s the best answer he could give all around.

Wray will be picking up the pieces from the shattered agency and he well knows it.
Give him credit for sticking around which he should.

The corruption of the FBI under Obama and the Clintons knows no bounds.

Did the corrupt Obama FBI facilitate or otherwise play a role in the assassination of Seth Rich?

And lying to a court, contempt, violating 4th amendment rights of the citizens involved, running a misinformation campaign against America, obstruction of justice, fraud

Why is it when Democraps want to do something they talk about it and then do it but when Republicans want to do something they just talk about it and that’s it? That absolutely drives me freakin’ crazy and we KNOW the same exact thing is going to go on here.

What were the dems gathering?
Ans: They were getting the Trump campaign strategy, where they were going to spend money, their internal polling, their financial situation, their political ad plans, maybe any dissention in the ranks they could play off of and they hoped for some juicy dirt. They really wanted him on “tape” saying something that would crush the campaign.

They were spying on the internal workings of the campaign and using the government resources to do opposition research on steroids.

Given all the dry wells they drilled; President Trump must be mister clean.

Yes, I missed that one entirely. Conspiracy to violate civil rights under color of authority. That one won’t buff out so easily.

Jim Jordan tore him a new one with his questions. If Jim Jordan is correct—I believe he is—then game, set, match. It’s over for the entire investigation.

Fruit of the poison tree?

I think so, Under federal law, a prosecutor is required “to disclose exculpatory and impeachment information to criminal defendants and to seek a just result in every case.” Specifically, pursuant to Giglio v. United States, prosecutors are obligated to provide defendants with impeachment evidence, which includes, according to the DOJ’s guidelines, evidence of a witness’s biases, “[a]nimosity toward defendant,” or “[a]nimosity toward a group of which the defendant is a member or with which the defendant is affiliated.”

Nice sugar coating. They really mean it's as rotten and criminally corrupt as government gets.

It's looking to me that there is/was an entire network of "fixers" that included Strzok who were running cover, putting out various little brushfires for the Clintons and the DNC (one and the same, actually...) while using government resources to run a counterintelligence operation against political opponents. Find every one of those moles and take them out, and a lot of the deep state crap should subside, pronto.

Trump has been one of the biggest public figure since he was a young man. If they had anything on Trump, it would have been used early on, back during the election.

That's why they resorted to fabricating a dossier.
