Mewzilla waxes poetic “I have family in Pennsy. Were in PA a few times a year. Over the years have been in, to, thru most of PA. Lovely state, lots of nice folks. But thanks to what goes on in Harrisburg, we will NEVER live there.”
OK no problem.

You are exactly correct that customers do not leave their name and address - because it is federally illegal, these businesses cannot get a bank account, thus cannot accept credit cards or checks. They are cash-only. (Theyd have to even pay their employees in cash!).True. But in Alaska and Washington, at least, they scan your ID when you walk in the door, whether you make a purchase or not.

This is just about gun grabbing to me and if allowed/supported, the next ones will be the Tylenol #3 users. IMHO.Something I've crowed about for years.
What about all those kids, mostly male, that were on Prozac, Ritalin and other mind altering drugs?

I just reread the 2nd Amendment, mainly looking for the exclusion clause.
I found no clauses covering the following:
1. No alcohol clause.
2. No pot clause.
3. No clauses whatsoever.

I could have sworn there was a Santa clause which mandated you receive firearms. 🎄😹

Beer and bangsticks go well together. Put the guns up before you get into the whiskey though. Bad things happen when you throw whiskey into the mix - or whiskey bottles into the air LOL

Prozac, Ritalin, Concerta, any pain killer, any mood stabilizer, any Valium, any antidepressant, any, any, any. This is accomplishing two terrible things: grab guns by whatever means and alter people’s use of medications. I realize that some people are very anti-pot but I wonder this: would our Founding Fathers have restricted the Second Amendment to those who used pain medications, pot, etc?
To: rktman
No, likely already a crime to drink and be in possession ( as in your hand or on your person) firearms, most states so declare....
Also, on the one hand MJ is a federally restricted as having not useful purpose, whether some like it or not, while alcohol is not, whether mlike it or not.
