It’s the purpose of Agenda 21, but they don’t like to state it publicly.
I knew California was crazy, but I did’t realize just how crazy. They can meet 2020 goals, but the 2030 ones will require the repeal of physics. Or the state will be reduced to poverty if they try to enforce them.
California should just make it illegal to live there. Let the illegal aliens handle it.

Those five articles each show that Greenhouse Theory itself has no basis in reality due to a direct conflict with the known laws of physics. No wonder the smoking gun "hotspot" can't be found.
Claim That Sea Level Is Rising Is a Total Fraud
That article kills any thought of planetary warming from any cause. Think about it. If there is absolutely no sign of an acceleration of sea level rise how could the planet be warming? The rise in sea level in the last 100 years is far less than the average over the last 18,000 years caused by the inter-glacial period we are in.
And if California politicians can FORCE their residents and its economy to achieve their alarmists stated CO2 goals, THEIR impact on global CO2 will be what? Diddly squat. But its politicians will FEEL great. THAT is what it is all about; how their Progressive politician feel about themselves, NOT that their goals are ever met or when met have the impact they say that will. It’s always about what changes they force on society, not what they achieve in any other sense.
There was an article a day or two ago about something like 500 scientific papers in 2017 refuting GW/man,add climate change.

2027 is going to get here mighty quickly. I'm sure we'll build some new nukes between now and then to cover the expected shortfalls. ;>)
