The allegation of the Trump campaign colluding with the Russians is an outcome or effect.
While illegally spying on Page, did 0bama & Co. intercept and unmask Trump’s communications?

Heh. well, the FBI will claim the snooping was legal, see this here warrant. But you raise a point that isn;t much talked about, that being how much snooping is going on WITHOUT a warrant.
Good chance that the FBI seeks a warrant AFTER it's illegal snooping uncoveres something that might pass scrutiny at the FISC (FIS Court, the entity that handles FIS Act warrants)
