I can think of one thing Congress should enact immediately. Lying to a federal agent should no longer be a prima facie crime by itself. If I lie to an NYPD detective that lie may be used to bolster the case against me for a specigic crime. But in itself, it is not a crime. The same should be true for the feds. Flynn would not be in jeopardy were it not for this abuse of police power legally given to the feds
