...It turns out the Senate Judiciary Committee also has a memo on Christopher Steele, the FBI and Russia dossier they are working to declassify. Their memo is set to be released including FBI redactions shortly....

Paul Sperry of the New York Post reported, “BREAKING: The Senate Judiciary Committee also has a memo on Steele, the dossier and the FBI, and is working to get it declassified.”

[....]

As previously reported, GOP Lawmakers are seeking to make the case that the Mueller investigation and the FBI probe into Trump’s campaign was based on potentially tainted and flawed evidence connected to Hillary Clinton, says John Solomon of The Hill.

Solomon’s report revealed part of the investigation includes an eight page criminal referral filed with the DOJ by Grassley and Graham:

...While the FBI has been protesting the release of the Nunes memo, it has been working behind the scenes to vet a version of the Grassley-Graham memo, which is expected to be released in redacted form soon....

On January 5th, Senate Judiciary Chair Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) sent a letter to Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray demanding they investigate if Christopher Steele lied to federal authorities.

Steele as the fall guy, and then it goes away? That won’t work.

So all these agencies and really smart people were duped by this one British dude. Ha ha. Let them try. That’s a cover up.

said, "I WANT PRISON SENTENCES HANDED OUT"

I've already said. I will say it again. Trump is playing 4D chess. Who is the best person for this counter attack against the Cabal?
Answer: The one they made untouchable. Robert Mueller

Everyone has been laughing at that and there is going to be a lot of upset freepers. I would bet on it and every but Obama on the list is going down.

>>There is one person out there who is just as bad as Comey or McCabe and the others at the FBI and the DOJ. Maybe one of the worst people is not named. The judge.<<

BINGO! That is a very perceptive observation and I’ve not seen it mentioned by anyone else. And sooner or later the FISA judge involved in this is going to have to take a public position on these issues. Thus far, he is apparently hiding in the bushes.

The judge was mentioned as criminally complicit in an interview with Nunes. I forget who with. A Fox person, IIRC.

How about endangering the individual rights of every American citizen with respect to the 4th Amendment? Is that considered “National Security”? I’d feel a whole lot more secure knowing our laws mean something.

I want the toilet paper concession for DOJ and the FBI, the DNC, Fusion GPS, the Clintons, and Perkins Coie.

A lot of leftist criminals and crazies are going to be crapping in their underpants for a long time. How long? It all DEPENDS on what else is going to be released and what a Special Counsel/Grand Jury is going to ask them.

I think we’ll need to cut down some more Sequoia trees to fill the need for TP.

There's more than enough to send them to prison.

For a start, it's Biblical. “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor” (Exodus 20:16), is found in the common law on which the Fourth Amendment was built. Oath and affirmation before neutral judicial officers provide consequences of perjury when a search is sought under false pretense, and the potential consequence of a perjury conviction is, of course, disincentive to bearing false witness as a means to unjustifiably trespass by warrant.

You go to jail for perjury.

Perjury is lying under oath. I doubt that they were under oath when they submitted the FISA application. But there are almost certainly other charges that could be leveled.

I think they have much worse on obama and company. This was just a shot across the bow. The problem is the stuff is so egregious it will threaten the fabric of America.
