More powerful than my .243? 30-06? 7mm mag? I have been reloading for fifty years and I did not know I could make the .223 more powerful just by putting it in a scary black rifle.

Well, someone could do a video showing a hunting gun (30.06 will do nicely) and an AR on same targets (watermelon, ham, whatever) and their firing rates. That would satisfy us that her claims are lies.
