If the Dems take the House and Senate Trump will be impeached, no matter Mueller’s reports. An indictment or a finding of misfeasance would make impeachment less a partisan thing on the surface, but make no mistake, lose Congress and ompeachment follows. Congress defines high crimes any way it wants.

Comey pulled the same dishonet "literally true" crap when he told Trump, three times, that Trump was not a target. Comey admitted under oath that what he said could be taken as misleading, because of couse the scope of the investigation would necessarily involve looking at Trump personally. There was dissent in the IC about whether or not to tell Trump the truth rather than mislad him with a literal truth, and they decided to mislead Trump.
This is another iteration of exactly the same thing.
There's a big difference you failed to mention.
Eric Holder is not "oh so ethical".
You can either have an Eric Holder type or a Jeff Session type as AG.
Do you want radical liberal who will disregard the Constitution, break the law, lie to Congress, run guns to Mexico and is a corrupt POS?
Or do you want a ethical, conservative who is principled, who follows the law and who will do this the right way and not screw it up by rushing to judgment before evidence and indictments are obtained and allowing the bad guys to go free?
It's one or the other. Which kind of AG do you want?

Next time a special prosecutor is assigned, there needs to be a time limit, with an option to add time if evidence warrants it. There also needs to be a specific list of goals so they can’t start an investigation about russian collusion and, at the deadline, say they have found evidence of collusion with France so they need to keep investigating.
And, truth be told, the longer this drags on at this point, the more it hurts the D’s.

You are probably right: impeachment is assured if the Rats win the House back. Since Mueller has found nothing, that is likely the reasoning behind the recent string of Rat/Media pronouncements that “Trump is the worst {you fill in the blank}”.
But I think the public understands the game now and they realize that Trump, in the face of an unprecedented level of Establishment/Uniparty headwinds, has actually been one of the best, if not THE best, President ever in terms of real accomplishment of behalf of the PEOPLE.
