Missouri state prosecutors have dropped their criminal case against the Republican governor.

Gov. Eric Greitens had been accused of invasion of privacy for taking a nude picture of the woman with whom he’d been having an affair.

According to ABC News, prosecutors still want charges brought against the governor, but want a special prosecutor to bring them later.

Prosecutors have acknowledged not having the supposed picture.

Whatever happened to real felonies like assault, rape, murder and taking a bribe?

Greitens wasn’t accused of none of those things.

The remaining felony looks to be equally spurious.

Does Mueller have their number? Just the kind of prosecutors he want on his staff.

It is NOT the nature of the evidence; it is the SERIOUSNESS of the charge.

Have we learned nothing from Dan Rather and Kinko’s?

“The felony computer tampering charge is still out there.”

They are not going to go near a computer tampering charge. I would love someone like Jay Sekulow go on CNN and say, “so a charge like that is brought against a Republican and Hillary gets off scot free?

Been there. MO has been saturated with a warped, country girl, meth-head feminazism for a long time. The paradigm was imported from western states during the 1970s and 1980s and enshrined into laws and policies. It pretends to be old fashioned and pushes a system of anti-family, fake morality. It’s really a political/regulator class family-buster to keep hard working, non-political-class people in slavery. Many of the churches are propaganda outlets for it. And when you see an example of it with your own eyes, its quite grotesque.

It keeps labor low and families from rising to compete in business or politics, just like everywhere else.

Little advice on surviving in MO. Stay completely away from the drugs, booze, STDs and alimony/support magnets. Become desensitized to nausea when viewing extremely disgusting things. If you’re in good physical condition, cover up with plenty of baggy clothing to avoid standing out. Careful what you say. Avoid being perceived as a learner.

And BTW, politicians like Greitens are your only hope to avoid recurrences of a much harsher kind of corruption and deeper slavery. Support them much. Cling to them as if your life depended on them, because it does.

"The felony computer tampering charge is still out there."

It doesn't have a chance with a more tech.-savvy defense and real expert witnesses from elsewhere.

during her deposition, the woman also said she hadn’t been talking about the picture much because she wasn’t sure it wasn’t just a dream.

The prosecutor also demanded all of the reports to her be given verbally (thus there would be no record to contradict). She further admitted right off that she didn’t have enough information to win a case, and requested that the trial be postponed until October.

This entire fiasco was run by an STL prosecutor with a vendetta against Greitens.

MO Dems can all go piss up a rope for all I care.

Don't worry. Once a D is behind the wheel again, it'll be back in style.

At the same time, the press will admit that they can be over-zealous in their harassment coverage of the President and will obligingly offer the First Family a generous amount of privacy and renew respect for the sanctity of the Office.

It’s the underlying story in the allegations that will hurt Greitens and the GOP — it’s not winning this case that is the primary goal here. It’s airing the underlying story.

Well at the least she sounds like bad news for Greitens.
