There is absolutely no indication whatsoever that Texas is becoming more conservative. When Governor Rick Perry invited Californians to move to Texas, they arrived in droves and they came primarily for jobs, not ideology. You're about to quickly learn that your new neighbors they'rearexas' voting booths.
Already every major city in Texas is Democrat-controlled. Houston's last mayor was a lesbian. San Antonio's, a Marxist. And then there's Austin... Houston's current police chief is advocating gun control via ballot initiatives. Texas has more mosques than any other state in the nation.

Pay attention to the Dems many of them do not come across as extreme. They save the shrieking crazies like Pelosi for the most extreme parts of the country such as San Francisco, or Mad Maxine from South Central Los Angeles and the Mad Hatter lady from a black area of Florida. Republicans do not have such a huge well oiled machine.
We have to use the churches to get out the vote. We do not have to tell people HOW to vote but the preachers could give sermons on the importance of doing your patriotic duty and how it is part of our duty to our children to take an interest in the future of their nation.

I saw the same thing happen to Colorado. It's happening all over. Liberals screw up their states and then flee to other states. And then they vote for the same liberalism that screwed up their home states to begin with.
I have been watching c-span since 1983 and I have seen them LIE-LIE-LIE for over thirty years. It makes me wonder how people can lie every day for decades. Can they possibly even know the difference between lies and reality? And how can people who live in an alternate universe be entrusted with running out country?
