If the FBI sees enough to be able to accuse structuring, it already knows what’s been going on with the cash anyhow, and can do the usual scrutiny to see if anything else smells like, say, drug dealing. I disagree. Blago was selling Obama’s senate seat and negotiating with many prominent democrats. He held back throwing many under the bus, but if his sentence is commuted, I believe he would unleash bloody hell on the Dems. This is a perfect example of the arrogance of the deep state bureaucracy and their lackey media who think that the “rules” that they have written to give themselves powers overrule the Constitutional Powers that belong to the President, the Congress, and the Supreme Court. Did Marc Rich ever pay anything to the government? He was a fugitive when Clinton pardoned him, living in Switzerland. His ex-wife Denise Rich donated $400,000 to the Clinton Library in exchange for the pardon. Of course it was probably her husband’s money that was donated.
