Any rational person knows there was no collusion.

Sessions just didn’t want to deal with the press clamoring for his scalp.

Mueller knew going in about Manafort.

Mueller’s only got Flynn, a man known for a defective memory.

“Specifically, Flynn is accused of falsely claiming that he had not asked Russia’s ambassador to the United States Sergey Kislyak on December 29, 2016, ‘to refrain from escalating the situation in response to sanctions that the United States had imposed against Russia that same day.’”

Now I ask you, wouldn’t it be totally proper to ask the Russians via their ambassador not to escalate a US/Russian conflict?

“Flynn was fired because he was ‘abusive with staff, didn’t listen...’”

“According to The New York Times, Flynn exhibited a loose relationship with facts, leading his subordinates to refer to Flynn’s repeated dubious assertions as ‘Flynn facts’.”

Do you know somebody else accused of a similar personality and mindset?

Should that somebody ever talk to Mueller under oath?

The poster I replied to was making the point that previous AG’s were very loyal to the President’s they served. That’s all.

Mueller has zero EVIDENCE, and the media and swamp are already latched onto amplifying every little weak case/argument against Trump - they are even making shit up out of the blue.

The media is Mueller’s force multiplier.

Well Trump will either be convicted and impeached, or vindicated - it’s really one or the other. After all of this 2 year long investigating, Mueller has to do one of the two things.

If I remember correctly, Sessions hopped aboard at the Alabama rally. At least he brought along Stephen Miller.

".....Since the beginning of the year, Grassley has had several disputes with Sessions. I doubt Grassley would defend Sessions at this point, as long as his proposed replacement was of sufficient stature."

I believe you are correct. Even stoic Senator Grassley has had conflicts witht foot dragging Sessions and there would be far fewer tears shed over his departure than MSM has led us to believe. But I think there needs to be a tipping point well away from the Mule Team investigation that our President can hang his hat on to justify the action. And if the vacancy doesn't occur willingly I think our President will wait until after November to light the candles on Jeff Session's retirement cake.

‘Mueller’s only got Flynn, a man known for a defective memory.’

Is that you, Comey?

‘FBI investigators who interviewed Michael Flynn last January - one of which was anti-Trumper Peter Strzok - thought Flynn was telling the truth about his conversations with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak, and that any inaccuracies in his answers were unintentional - according to accounts of a closed-door March 2017 briefing given to lawmakers by former FBI Director James Comey.’

Huber is not going to be indicting anyone.
Neither is Sessions.
McCabe was referred to the DC Federal prosecutor.
Any other possible criminal referrals will be handled the same
way. Referred to District Prosecutors who will make the decision
to indict or not indict. Sessions or Huber won’t be indicting anybody.
So, what exactly is Huber doing or going to do?

Mueller’s specialties are framing innocent people and dragging witch hunt investigations out for up to a decade.

Meadows and Jordan say Rosenstein and Sessions selected swamp-hack Huber as a delay tactic.

Mueller isn’t going to accomplish anything except for waste more taxpayer money.

Dear Mr. Mueller:

I regret my client Mr. Trump can not respond to any question of yours under penalty of perjury.

As has been well documented, my client has a defective memory.

Since you have a documented history of charging a person with a crime with a defective memory, i.e. Michael J. Flynn, I can not permit my client to fall into a similar trap.

I have specifically instructed my client to assert and maintain his Fifth Amendment right not to answer any question of yours under penalty of perjury, for which his well documented defective memory would endanger him.

As is well-documented, Trump won the election because:
1. American workers knew he would fight for their interests
2. media bias caused millions of Democratic voters not to bother to vote
3. his opponent Hillary Clinton was an obvious histrionic phony whose great family wealth was totally inconsistent with her call for “equality”

Enjoy your Retirement,

If Huber and Horowitz find criminal activity and they prosecute, then swamp wins and beats Trump.

Somehow after all of the talk from Trump about Draining the Swamp and he doesn’t do anything, then he may as resign as a toothless tiger - Do you think that will happen ?

The longer Mueller drags it out, the less potency it has - let him drag it out for a decade - it’s already becoming a joke and Trump is playing the victim to an art form.

And most non political people think it’s all bullshit anyway.

Yes, following their hero JFK’s example, I presume the Dems would not object to Donald Trump jr. as AG?

"Don’t forget that Sessions very quietly appointed John Huber as a Special Prosecutor back in October or November of 2017. John Huber as Special Prosecutor has way more power than Mueller."

*******************

Huber is not really a special prosecutor, at least in name. He is a U. S. Attorney for Utah that Jeff Sessions appointed to “evaluate certain issues” . Huber was tasked to “make recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel.”

That said, he does have the authority to prosecute. There are a lot political semantics at play.

I agree.

Sessions picked Huber back in the fall when the first calls by Jordan, Meadows and others, for a second special prosecutor began to mount. It could have been a move that was made to ease the pressure for a special prosecutor, and to make it look like something was being done.

I remember the timing. It was in the fall. Sara Carter went on Hannity. She said that her sources at the DOJ had said that Sessions had appointed somebody. The timing to me seemed suspicious.

Are you a sociopath? Mueller is destroying lives, reputations, livelihoods and family finances. With the exception of a few Russians all these people are Trump supporters. You just want this illegal, unconstitutional juggernaut to keep rolling over and crushing the innocent???

Question: are you a Qer?
