That’s exactly what it looks like.
It looks like bull horns, which have been associated for thousands of years with what the death cult calls Allah.
Turning the horns so they point to one side results in the symbol of Islam, which Obama embraces.

However, shouldn’t we find it doubtful? After all, the mouth is covered, preventing him from speaking. Most of America is aware he could never stop degrading/criticizing this nation for any length of time.
OTOH, the costume is be-speckled with sparkles and very feminine which would give a clue that it could be true.
