Is the Red Hen restaurant a business engaged in public accommodation? If so, I am thinking that a lawsuit might be in order.

I'm thinking someone needs to go into the Red Hen with a few concealed "friends"...and release them to "explore the premises"...:

But of course that would be wrong...

At the very least following her to harass her some more, consitutes stalking behavior. An order of protection is in order.

No insurance coverage to defend intentional torts in Virginia. So, unless some Demorats step up, Red Hen will be insolvent after the first month of litigation.

Neither Federal law of Virginia law prohibit discrimination at public accommodation based upon political affiliation or a person's place of employment.
