“raises serious questions about whether the court is actively participating in the prosecution....”

Understatement

It’s time for some of these judges to get smacked down.

Hard.

Has there ever been a case where an appeal occurred against a Presidential pardon? I just can’t think of a single case. Nor can I see how any court could order a special prosecutor, or bring charges against anyone. Maybe you could do stuff like this in Mexico or Venezuela, but this is pretty wild stuff to imagine these dimwits coming up with this idea.

The Constitutional exercise of Presidential powers trumps everything else. Why is there even a discussion?

The Ninth Circuit is basically just like the average #Resist retard you see on Twitter, except they became judges.

No! More 9th Circuit criminality and insanity. It is not known as the “Nutty Ninth” for nothing. The law means nothing to them if they want to screw you over.

The 9th Circuit Court needs to be revised from one to three CCs. It covers far too many States as it is now and is filled with far left liberal activist judges.

Who does Trump think that he is, the President of the United States?

Let’s see. An Article III court appoints a prosecutor to challenge an executive action that exists under an enumerated and plenary Article II power?

Look at his bio pic? eyes almost closed.

It’s time for Americans to start “protesting” in the streets to demand that the 9th Circus Court be abolished.

Actually a good chance for the Supreme Court to stay that a pardon is ABSOLUTE and that no government entity, such as a rouge DA in New York City, can then file charges against someone who has been pardoned.

Would be fun to see that BACKFIRE in their faces.

One group consisting of 11 Democratic members of Congress said in a brief that the pardon encroached on the independence of the courts.

The Constitution is unConstitutional... apparently.
