This has shown up in my voter registration stats in 10 battleground states. In nine of the ten (CO excepted) Rs have gained significantly in net numbers, mostly because D registrations are PLUMMETING (-250,000 in PA since 2012). Rs are up net 62k in Fl, 80k in PA, 72k in NC, 7k in NH, 13k in NV, 10k in NM, 2k in IA, and 17k in AZ since November 2016.

If you want to believe the propaganda coming out of the Census Bureau, it’s no skin off my nose. Obuma politicized Census in 2009. The numbers are manipulated to send federal moneys to various left wing organizations and to manipulate congressional districts. If you fail to understand that, then there is little to discuss with you.

How are the numbers "manipulated"? Do you believe the US population is over 328 million? Are the number of minorities overstated or understated? If not the Census Bureau, where can I find the most accurate numbers about our population?

Kabar, seriously, if immigrant leftists were taking over the country, then leftists would control the presidency, the US Congress, and the state legislatures and governorships.

Since 2010, the rats have lost 1,200 seats - federal and state offices. The Republicans control completely 26 states. The rats 11. It’s likely that Republicans will take control of 11 more states in 2018.

California is an outlier, not a trend.

Maybe, maybe not. Just because someone is a minority doesn’t automatically mean they are stupid. Trump has gained enormously in favorability among Blacks and Hispanics because unlike the Democrats who have been promising them the moon for decades and given then nothing, Trump has actually helped them in the area of jobs.

Trump is not the Rep party. He was the only candidate who could have beat Hillary because he did not represent the conventional GOPe views. His favorablility will not necessarily translate into Congressional victories. Conor Lamm and Doug Jones are in Congress.

Blacks vote over 90% for the Dems and Hispanics vote over 70% for them. They are typical Dem constituencies who like bigger government with more services. They use welfare to a much greater extent than whites and asians. Over 50% of immigrant headed households use at least one welfare program.

The jobs numbers have improved, but the fact remains that our labor participation rates remain the lowest since the 1970s. Obama changed the way unemployment was calculated and Trump continues to use the same system.

It is only a matter of time as the demographics change. CA used to be a red state. So did VA. CO, NV, AZ, NC, FL, are turning from purple to blue. Only WV stands out recently as a state that was once blue and is now red. GA is struggling to stay red. Texas is changing. There is a direct correlation between immigration and voting patterns.

What 11 states are those? The GOP is now losing seats since the November 2016 election at all levels. Say hello to the Democrat senator from AL, Dough Jones, and Congressman Conor Lamm from PA. I would be ecstatic if the Reps could hold on to the House in 2018, but I am not counting on it. The Dem voters still remain more motivated and energized than the Reps who have seen 44 retirements from Congress.

CA is our future as a nation if nothing is done to stem legal immigration. Non-Hispanic whites are declining in numbers.

During my 36 years as a resident of VA until 2015, I watched as VA was transformed from a solid red state into now a solid blue state. I was active in local politics and warned the GOPe about the demographic trends that would change the state forever. They kept talking about outreach and the GOP message of individual responsibility, lower taxes, and smaller government. None of this resonated with the transformed electorate. Fairfax County, the largest in the state, now has one in three foreign born. Combine that with a flood of liberals from the Northeast and the Deep state, and you have NoVA changing the state from red to blue. I have had one on one briefings with Cantor, Gillespie, George Allen, and others who didn't follow my advice. Only Dave Brat understood how immigration could be used as a winning issue for the GOP.

The GOPe is bought and paid for by their corporate paymasters and special interests. They could care less about the American worker. Trump tapped into the disaffected workers of this country using immigration and trade as part of his economic nationalism approach. The GOP still ignores that message by and large. Where do the disaffected white Dems go? They won't necessarily support Reps, especially those espousing the GOPe globalist message.

I am tired of Pollyannas like you who fail to see the forest for the trees. A huge demographic sea change is underway that is rewriting the electoral map. As both a poll watcher and election officer over 30 years I have seen the dying off of the GOP base. Ignoring reality is not a solution. There may or may not be a blue wave, but there will be no red wave. Mueller may drop a few shoes in September.

Inversely.

LPR is lower because pop is aging,people are leaving workforce and living longer. There is no lack of available work and in fact there are more jobs available then people to fill them.

Party in power has always lost seats and loss of 2 seats signifies little except perhaps poor choice of candidates.
You seem to have missed totally the fact that minorities are moving AWAY from the Dems and the fact millennials are trending in a similar way.
