Report the driver to Uber.
Keep poking that sleeping bear. What could go wrong?
Driver will be deactivated and Uber will again stress to drivers the need to avoid partisan political conversations during rides.
There won’t be any executives flying down to enjoy coffee with the offended riders who were refused service for simply being conservative.

Looks like they did and this was the answer. Just say no to Uber, where evidently the customer is deemed to be wrong without question.

One day were going to read about people being refused driverless rides because the company is in a snit over a customers [fill in the blank].
Likewise when I'm in my home town, but when I'm overseas a taxi or uber is frequently much more convenient than public transportation.

The Uber driver will lose his job if he is identified for his insulting behavior. Time to let Uber know.
Picture me grinning at my loading bench, hoping for a peaceful outcome but hedging my bets.

I've spent the last 40 years in my mother's basement, so I don't use taxis or Uber, either.
And I have "friends," too - I talk to them, late at night.

As we approached the entrance to the Science Center a few weeks ago, an out of town couple asked us if we could help them tell an Uber driver how to get to pick them up. I wanted to tell them a real taxi driver wouldn’t need directions.
