Andre Cuomo, just like most liberal politician, ARE the upper management of the liberal news organizations. The liberal news organizations are not independent of the democratic party. The NY Daily News “middle management” shocked upper management with the layoffs.

Cuomo is probably correct, most states have laws where they notify the state of layoffs over a certain size. But Twitter is not the medium to have a discussion about it.

States specify that they are to be notified if X number of folks are about to get canned,

Ny State has the labor-regulation regidity of France - business closings and layoffs MUST be reported to a state office, by law.
