Deep Blue State...................
“he doesn’t pledge allegiance to anything”
Well that he’ll admit to, perhaps.
The other one....principles.
Good way to get rid of him...
He’ll realize he’s been stupid in a couple of days then will institute a lawsuit to get his job back.
Then some schmuck ACLU lawyer will take up his cause.
Good riddance.
Good riddance.
He doesn’t pledge allegiance to anything?
Does he have any allegiance to the schools, the board he is a member of, the organization that theoretically should have his allegiance since he’s a member of the board running the school system?
What a ridiculous man.
We got a lot of libtards to resign today. Whatever we’re doing, lets keep it up Fam !
How does one say “Good riddance” in Connectican?
You are kidding I hope.
Buzz off you POS.
Good bye, and turn in your pension.
I wonder if the woman in the video has ever “taken a knee” for a certain goober from Arkansas.
With all due respect to Pledge-reciting patriots, and noting that Im not going to stop anybody from reciting the Pledge, please consider the following problem with the Pledge imo.
Its no surprise that most citizens probably regard the states more as geographical areas under the control of the federal government, since every time they recite the Pledge they indoctrinate themselves to think of the USA as indivisible and One Nation instead of individual sovereign states.
"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible [emphases added], with liberty and justice for all."
In fact, Thomas Jefferson had indicated that citizens should regard their respective states as independent nations while foreigners should regard US as one nation.
"The true theory of our Constitution is surely the wisest and best, that the States are independent as to everything within themselves [emphasis added], and united as to everything respecting foreign nations." --Thomas Jefferson to Gideon Granger, 1800.
Good riddance to the trash.
I imagine the guy is a jerk, but I’ve never understood why I should pledge allegiance to the flag.
Pledging allegiance to the constitution, Absolutely.
Pledging allegiance to the Republic, OK.
Pledging allegiance to the flag, I’m not sure what that means.
Pledging allegiance to the President, I don’t think so.
On the other hand, why would I choose to make a big deal about it?
Good riddance.
Don’t let that door hit you in the ass on the way out.
