Limbaugh: If GOP Does Not Get Kavanaugh Confirmed, Kiss the Midterms Goodbye
Breitbart ^ | Sep 24, 2018 | Jeff Poor

Posted on 09/24/2018 12:03:32 PM PDT by upchuck

Monday on his nationally syndicated radio show, conservative talker Rush Limbaugh warned congressional Republicans against folding on the confirmation of Supreme Court associate justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

According to Limbaugh, if Republicans do fail to confirm, they will compromise any chances they had at holding on to either chamber of Congress in the upcoming midterm elections.

Grassely seems to think he can make anyone on the left like him by playing nice. News Flash, aint gonna happen. Just take the damn vote and when the left goes nutz (which they will anyway) let POTUS handle it. POTUS will have no problem swinging his brass ones around and shoring up the base with his bigly tremendous idea of nominating Kavanaugh.

Just take the damn vote!!! Enough of the harlots fainting 36 years later.

And if Flake, Collins and Murkowski go along with this crap, how, exactly, does Kavanaugh get confirmed? The only hope would be for some of the Senators where Trump won “bigly” would decide not to go along with this smear.

Because being openly ruled by Pelosi is far worse. Last time she strutted around with a giant gavel and the press ate it up. She will symbolize the people’s resistance to Trump

>>>Rush has a good point.

Yep, because the GOP base will be demotivated. It will be, once again, "what difference does it make?" That's where I am. No wall, no repeal, no judges, run-away spending. Those are the big four. So, what difference does it really make if the democrats have control? It's REALLY what the GOP wants. They want to be out of power, not actually have to work, come home during recesses, complain to you, the sheeple, and have idiots continue to believe that "THEIR congressman is really fighting for freedom!" and then donate money to the cause.

It's a game. Read my tagline.

It’s the GOP senate who are messing up. The midterms is about the House.

We could lose another vote or two. Cory Gardner is all for investigating this newest allegation. It’s not looking good.

And if anything, you could make the case that the silver lining in the Republicans getting wiped out in November, is that it would purge the party of a good number of scum.

In sports we call it, “Blowing up the team”, in order to start rebuilding sooner.

If Grassley doesn’t get a handle on this and just do — and I’ll tell you something else, which everybody also knows. If the Republicans do not get this vote taken and have Kavanaugh confirmed, you can kiss the midterms goodbye. You can kiss goodbye holding the House and you can kiss goodbye holding the Senate

Agreed, their wimpiness is not at all inspiring when they need to energize voters.

Left a few message for Grassley. If he doesn’t get this done, I will be staying home and not voting for my GOP candidates. I’ve had enough of these weak, incompetent republicans

It doesn’t matter, if the GOP senate doesn’t come through on this the GOP vote morale will be low in November.

I dunno, I honestly think it’s just a few Republicans like Collins and Flake who have been wishy washy on this. Grassley can’t afford to alienate them when he needs their votes.

If Kavanaugh’s nomination is torpedoed, I will be all the more motivated to vote Republican. If your choices in the election are the guy trying to break into your house and the incompetent sheriff who has done a bad job keeping him out, it’s still better not to vote for the actual burglar.

With all due respect to Rush, it depends.

RINO’s like Flake and Corker want the GOP tonlose the Senate somthst they can blame Trump and even get him impeached. If Grassley doesn’t have the votes because of these two, then why would I “punish”’the GOP by staying at home and giving the retiring RINOs Exactly what they want? Why?!?

Limbaugh: If GOP Does Not Get Kavanaugh Confirmed, Kiss the Midterms Goodbye.

Well, no sh*t, Sherlock. Some folks have a flair for the obvious. He is 100% correct, of course. How can we expect them to govern the country if they let Soros and the communists win this one?

Some will. But, by and large everyone thinks its EVERYONE ELSE'S senator and congresscritter rather than there own. They never throw their own out in the primaries...or rarely do. Ask Kentucky. Ask Iowa. Ask any number of states. And if they do, democrats cross over to vote them back in as independents.

Let it collapse and let's start over. It's pretty obvious right now we can never see eye to eye again....and it is VERY obvious that within 20 years or so we probably will never have another GOP majority in the house or senate or another GOP president. Once Texas goes blue because the spineless GOP won't stop illegals (because they want cheap labor)...it's over.

He’d better get confirmed.

Yes as I’ve said tent times, anyone like Grassley GOP types believe playing nice, within the rules, and being a gentleman, will result in pats on the head and a tasty dog biscuit and “Good Boy!” are dead wrong. No one rewards that. It is cutthroat blood sport.

I shoulda listened
