In one of the affidavits, family friend Keith Koegler said he wrote to Ford in a June 29 email, “I remember you telling me about him, but I don’t remember his name,” family friend Keith Koegler wrote to Ford in a June 29 email, according to his statement. “Do you mind telling me so I can read about him?” “Brett Kavanaugh,” Ford responded by email, according to Koegler, her son’s baseball team coach.

June 29 is not "well before" …. "well before" his nomination would be shortly after the attempted rape allegedly took place when they were still teenagers. It's obvious from the affidavits that she had not brought the name up much time at all before the time Feinstein admits getting her letter...if it was before and not just after perhaps at Feinstein's request. And even here there's this nagging "generic judge" again, as if this was a form letter written before they knew who would be nominated and thus which one to accuse.

It does point towards the 2012 brainwashing or “recovery” session with the therapist.

Common sense is missing here. No cell phones. who got the phone call about the party and which land line were they standing next to at the moment they decided to throw a party. Did they use the white pages and look up everyone’s phone numbers or is there a mystery address black book out there with everyone’s home phone number. If you have any experience with teenagers you know they don’t decide about what they are going to do until they do it. THEY DO NOT PLAN. that is why parents plan prom parties nowadays.

Exactly right. Corroborate definition : to support with evidence or authority.

Ford’s Friends have neither.

This is like Comey’s notes... just his opinion rather than a recording.

FWIW, this allegation was made up to be used against anyone on Trumps list of possible SC nominees which is why she simple told people it was a “judge” who did this without telling them the persons name.

That way it could be used against anyone Trump chose on his list.

IMO this makes as much sense as anything and follows the MO of the Dem’s.

So Soros found four more shills. More bullshit. Wonder how much S is paying them? Probably through a Cayman Islands bank.

Christine Blasey Ford’s lawyers said Wednesday they have given the Senate sworn affidavits from four people who say she told them well before Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination that she had been sexually assaulted when she was much younger.

"Hello, Cousin Jane? It's me, Christine. No, not Little Johnny's teacher. Your Cousin Christine. You know: Christine Blasey Ford! No, 'B' as in 'buffalo.' B-L-A-S... Right!!! The one who's been on CNN 24-7 for the past week. Okay, well, anyway: Remember how I told you about how I had been sexually assaul - Would you please turn off the t.v.? Or at least turn it down? I can hear that CNN reporter talking about Kavanaugh from here! Okay, thanks. Look, I need you to sign an affadavit that I told you all about - What, you already know all the details? Great: Then I don't even have to 'coach' you about what to say. No... Don't mention the second accuser - I'm not supposed to have known about her until just recently. No... Not the yearbook either. And don't say anything about my psychotherapy: I'm supposed to have 'confided' in you in, say, the 1990s, okay? So you mustn't mention any of the things that have come to light only after the story broke, okay? Because that would be a real bummer."

In short: The pool of potential witnesses has already been "poisoned."

Regards,

I read this as someone that heard nothing but hearsay. Was he a witness? This should not be admissible.

...

My understanding is that in a trial hearsay is only allowed when it occurs almost immediately after a crime, and even then it still requires the approval of the judge.

That’s not corroboration.

Notice also the way she responded with just his name. She isn’t quoted as saying “Brett Kavenaugh was the guy who attempted to rape me”... she just says the name all by itself. Could be in response to any question... like “Who was just nominated?”

This is worse than the Spanish inquisition, at least as regards due process.

The Inquisition had preliminary hearings and provided the chance to confront one’s accusers.

This is not really corroboration. Telling a few folks 30 years after the fact is no different than telling the world now.

Also Aventi CPL just released info on 3rd accuser. Lets see how this one plays out.

She could have responded with 25 emails for all we know, each one an email with only just the name of a possible nominee on it.

“Brett Kavenaugh” in one.
“Wile Coyote” she answers in another.
“Mickey Mouse” is her response in yet another.
One for any possible contingency.

Has the doc/hypnotist or whatever even been named...was she licensed or was there a giant hand-shaped sign in the yard and a crystal ball on the desk when Ford was given her lifeline reading, and was this therapist recommended by a Democrat?

Aha, so her other friend who reported she sent out emails asking “Do you remember me ever telling you I was sexually assaulted?” was just one person on a whole mailing list that she contacted. How many people did she ask before she found these four who were willing to go along with it? A dozen? A hundred?

” Why would she be discussing this with her son’s baseball coach?”

Seems she sent this “Do you remember me telling you about...” email to a bunch of people, like a fishing expedition for witnesses. He was just one that took the bait.
