She has a PhD in educational psychology, so she is Doctor. She is NOT a licensed "Psychologist" which is more difficult to get than that PhD. Therefor, she lied when she said she is a Psychologist. She is not registered in California, so she is breaking the law. Her hippocampus doesn't have the right info.

It is a felony to lie to or materially mislead the FBI whether or not under oath. Also see post #35 concerning interference with government process.
The FBI does not pass or fail anyone on background checks, but they do share opinions about the reliability of information and witnesses.

In my view I don’t think Wray gives a damn what Trump wants or orders. Wray, the Director of the FBI, seems content to let his agency waddle in the muck of corruption. What EXACTLY is he doing to clean things up? He’s basically a clone of his boss, Jeff Sessions.
If you can point to specific, remedial and constructive actions he has taken to restore confidence in the FBI I would be glad to know about them.
I do hope you’re right about the upcoming week but I do not share your optimism.
I'd like to see the FBI investigation expanded to include the behavior of Ford's attorneys and Feinstein. I'm guessing that's what Trump laid out in his marching orders to the FBI. This is all about the upcoming elections.
