Actually, yes. The Affordable Care Act (aka obama care) had such a catchy name it was voted on without anyone reading it. Remember Pelosi’s famous remark: “We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.”

A combination of running to the right and lucky timing got them both into their respective offices.
She eventually got promoted to her level of incompetence where she is today.

I should also add that she barely won this seat in 2012 with a margin of less than 3,000 votes . . . mostly fallout from the endlessly publicized rape exception remarks of two stupid GOP candidates Murdouck (in Indiana) and Aiken (in Vermont) which went nationwide.
