The presumption of innocence is not just for court cases. It puts a damper on unsupported gossip and slander. You can bet that the left would want us to presume innocence if one of their nominations were being reviewed.
I’m guessing that Hillary is innocent of her long list of crimes as well.

Don’t deny it unless you can prove you are innocent.
This isn’t a court of law so the presumption of innocence does not apply.
The presumption of innocence is not just a factor in a criminal trial or court case, it is a bedrock principle of our western system of justice!
This was a sexual assault allegation against a sitting Federal judge during a confirmation process for the USSC. It absolutely requires some burden of proof.

Someone who knows the whole family once told me that the current Governor Cuomo isn’t as smart as his father but he is meaner.
I asked about the brother on CNN and he replied, he isn’t as smart as either of them, but he is meaner than both.
The extent of the arrogance of this remarkably stupid man is staggering.
That was exactly what first occurred to me! If these “charges” didn’t occur within a legitimate legal proceeding, they’re nothing but slander, defamation and libel.
So at least one Dim in the media admitted it:
“We were not in a court of law. This was a kangaroo court.”
