“So outside of a courtroom, any man can be destroyed by an accusation at any time and he has no ability to defend himself. Got it.”

Check out California’s `red flag’ law which allows police to confiscate a citizen’s guns with no notice nor due process. That is exactly what takes place as you describe it.

“This Cuomo is at least as stupid as his dad and brother!”

How dare you! The supergenius intellect of Pope Mario the Pious soared far and above any of those among the Founding Fathers, those slaveowning white Christian males.

I’d say it’s time to come out with accusations against Chris Cuomo!

Yes it wasn’t a court case, but if it was just politicians and if an allegation with no corraboration is enough... Tell me if you voted for Hillary Clinton... and if so, how could you?

If an allegation is enough, how do you justify voting for the wife of a serial sexual predator and accused rapist, who has several allegations by women against HER who claim she directly threatened and intimidated them into keeping quite about her husbands behavior?

You believe survivors, with of course the exception of Juanita Broaddrick.

AN uncorroborated allegation is NOT justification to destroy someone, but you guys gladly went along with it any way.

So, if someone comes forward with an accusation that Chris Cuomo raped her as a 7-year-old girl 15 years ago and he is forced to leave CNN based on the accusation alone, that’s OK, because after all, it’s “not a court of law.”

I believe her.

When is FredoChris stepping down?

“Beyond a reasonable doubt” standard doesn’t apply, but a presumption of innocence does.

The accuser should at least make a plausible case.

Chris Cuomo is an idiot. Presumption of innocence isn’t solely for court cases. It’s a human right, and has been for centuries in civilized societies.

They all parrot the same lines. Has Cuomo ever had an original thought?

Here’s the thing: the policy reasons that support “innocent unless proven guilty” are important & sound both in and out of a court proceeding. Cuomo doesn’t understand that.
