if the presumption of innocence doesn’t apply outside courts of law, then hillary committed treason with her emails, everyone in the IRS committed felonies, the FBI/intelligence community declared surveillance war on all american citizens, and BHO was not an american citizen, and therefore not qualified to be president.

The presumption of innocence is an international human right under the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Some “citizen of the world” this guy is.

If there is no presumption of innocence because it’s not a court case, then there also doesn’t have to be ANYTHING to stop people from forming and voicing their OWN INDEPENDENT OPINIONS on the veracity of her accusations.

Libel laws should have applied to him. For the press to assume someone is guilty without proof is an act of libel.
