Just have to disagree on that. Whether they delivered after the election is a far different discussion than did it contribute to the GOP taking back the house.
No doubt in my mind the Contract With America was a very big part of why the Republicans took back the house after decades.

It was abundantly obvious that it was going to be big for the GOP months before the ‘contract’ popped up.
That is why the contract popped up; noot’s ego needed to take credit for what he had absolutely nothing to do with.
