OK< I despise Zuckerberg as much as I do Bezos, Dorsey and Pichai, but I doubt that Zuckerberg actually, personally stole the money, Probably didn’t even know that Brian Kolfage exists. He has minions to do stuff like that.
And while I very much hope that Kolfage gets his money back, with interest and huge punitive damages... I’m not changing my long held personal opinion that anyone who uses a leftist run platform like facebook etc. to operate their business, or even uses it for personal activities pretty much deserves what they get.
I find it funny an argument gets hot with both sides on basically the same side. We are here to voice our opinions without a hard limit except for some civility. Something the left refuses to understand. Your comment was spot on. We may want to try to have the discussion prior to naming our seconds. Wait until ordered to turn and shoot. Period.

If investors weren't told about FB chasing away users, then FB may have some SEC issues, maybe not.
Also, advertisers may have a gripe with FB if they don't have access to all of the eyeballs that FB promised.
I don't have the answers, but I do know that FR doesn't have to deal with this stuff because they don't contract with advertisers and they're not publicly traded.
FB is in a much more complex situation and must be more careful or they could sink their own ship with a dumb mistake.

Maybe the topic just never came up? The investors were too busy thinking about the champagne and escorts that will be provided to them to the parties after the site went public?

Haven't heard any other advertisers complaining. Other than conservatives being stupid to trust FB to begin with instead of seeking out alternatives.
