I remember Travis back around then out by Lago Vista it’s normally about 2+ miles across and it was down to about 30’ and knee deep WAY out at the riverbed center.
It was good for cleanup and resetting dock anchors but that was all. We found engine blocks, sunken boats, fishing gear, You name it.
Don’t remember if that was when they found a woman who’d driven off the old bridge in Kingsland many years before. IIRC, her sewing machine was in the car. She had been taking it to be repaired and missed the bridge somehow ended up right at some guy’s water intake.
