This year I’m going to be lurking around, looking for anything like buses in the truck stop parking lot right beside my polling place.

Several years ago, my pasty-white Crackerworld suddenly became very “diverse”, with hordes of them literally walking to the poll in really cold rain, when it’s in the middle of nowhere with very few houses to walk there *from*.

Pot and gay marriage were on the ballot that time [both passed, what a shock] and now, we have to vote whether MD allows “same day voter registration at polls”.

I expect the SEIU thugs will be back and even more “diversity” will descend upon Hillbilly Heaven.

I’ll be watching and taking pictures, when they do.

And people ask why I rarely post anymore.

Same here. I could say more but it would "trigger" certain types, so it's not worth saying. My points go over their heads.

Not quite political, but this storm may bring a significant severe threat (including a tornado threat) to the southeast United States. NOAA's Storm Prediction Center in their speculative 4-day outlook puts a bullseye centered on the junction of Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi for Monday night, Tuesday morning. The danger hours seem to be overnight, so I hope people in that area make sure their weather radios are in working order.

"'Democrats are more weather sensitive, when compared to Republicans, and among the most weather-sensitive were African-Americans, those 65 and older and 18- to 24-year-olds,' he said."

Bring your coats and hats, and vote! You other old folks, show 'em how we prepare and what we're made of!

We’re slated for thunderstorms - won’t stop me or the wife...I may loiter a few minutes to see if the Dem table gets fewer than average hits....not rare to see the repub table busy and the dems taking naps down here on the MS Gulf Coast.

And many millenials don’t know how to mail a letter (early ballot)

Broken glass. Rain boots. Golf umbrellas. Gilli suits.

So we get soggy. We can change clothes.

I said it was a sad story - the part I found funny was (this is 2008), his dog’s death was an omen about Obama.

To answer your question;

First, you get a can of BUD and drink it all.
Then you gently flatten one side of the can (best if it corresponds to the opening on the top of the can).
Next, you poke tiny holes in one spot on the flattened side of the can (the middle is the easiest and best).
You then place some of your preferred ‘material’ (marijuana or tobacco) over the area with the tiny holes.
Put your mouth over the opening, light the ‘material’ with a lighter and draw slowly.

DEMS tend to stay home when it storms. This is one of the reasons I tell people to vote during early voting. We did. 3 RED votes. Since the Alderman were to cowardly to state party not 1 got those 3 votes. NO Townhalls, no literature, not worthy of our votes. Did Fed, State and out the door.
