I can’t put my hands on it right now, but I’ve seen articles that say she’s going to bail early next year. It would make sense for her, because for whatever time she does have remaining, she will not be making a difference at the SCOTUS, and now with Hillary sidelined, the notion that she could be replaced by a RAT POTUS is gone! Still, she’s an ACLU Secular Progressive Jew, so she may well hang on just for spite.

That is the question. Has anyone ever seen an historical look at whether past presidents have undone the EOs of predecessors? Anyone have knowledge of past practices?
I kind of hope that Clarence Thomas retires while Trump is in office so that Trump can seat another judge to last a generation.

There are two parts to this:
1. There are new applications.
2. There are those that have completed applications.
POTUS is canceling an Odumbass Exec Order allowing for applications which means no new applications will be decided. So #1 above is eliminated.
The 800,000 or so DACAs that have applied and been granted time to adjust are a pool of people that POTUS is going to have his administration review on a case-by-case basis. So #2 above is ongoing.
My greatest fear is the turd Roberts.

Ignore the 9th circuit - they are illegitimate.
Roberts made a legal decision. You can argue with it. Not everyone agreed with it. But it was an honest decision based on his philosophy of judicial restraint. It wasn't really a surprise. And no, he didn't make anything up to do it.
That one decision doesn't mean that now Roberts is a leftist. He's made many other decisions, and been part of many 5-4 decisions. This fixation on his Obamacare opinion is silly.
That’s about right from this leftist appeals court. So, it makes sense to them to say the Administration applied “inadequate and flawed reasons” to get rid of a program that is unconstitutional. Yup, they are a great bunch of brainless idiots who make decisions based on their leftist ideology rather than the law and the Constitution.
