[Opinion] Florida recount of fraud ballots will trigger Republican defeat.

The Broward County ballot cleverly buried Senate check-boxes down in the Instructions text block, resulting in high numbers of overlooked & unchecked Senate votes.

These machine-counted ballots with the unchecked Senate boxes could be culled out after the voting ended and fraudulently filled-in beyond the view of poll watchers.

The stacks of these now illegally "loaded" ballots will be quietly waiting for the upcoming recount when, once again, they will zip thru the machines.

But, with this 2nd trip through the vote reader, each formerly blank box will now be blacked-in--and a torrent of new Senate votes will magically appear in favor of the Dems.

Examination of individual ballots will show no sign of any alteration. The very action of the machine-reader will be the agency that completes the fraud and guarantees the victory of a Dem Senator.

The US Senate is the FINAL arbiter for which individuals will be seated.

I think it is delusional to believe for a second that the senate will not seat whoever is declared the winner.

The GOP has a long history of “bending”.

They mixed the bad ballots with the valid ones. There is no way a recount should be allowed in this case. Either use the vote counts from election night, or toss the counties completely.

Thanks for the link to pic of the Broward County ballot.

The video and the pictures give an excellent description of the problem.

From the article: "The way the ballots were designed in Broward County could affect the outcome of the U.S. Senate election in Florida.

"The Broward County ballot put the Senate race between Democrat Bill Nelson and Republican Rick Scott directly underneath the vertical instructions.

"That design goes against the recommendations in the . . . ]U.S. Election Assistance Commission’s 2007 design report, which said the commission found “test voters often overlooked races located immediately beneath vertical instructions.”

Confusing ballot design could affect U.S. Senate election outcome in Florida

Take up arms against who exactly. To get a clear target we must force the hand of the enemy. Invalidate the entire counties involved. Then we can identify take out the rioters. It’s our move. If we have the cajones.

These ballots should have a spot for “no vote” to prevent this.

It would be hilarious to see the SCOTUS throw out all Broward county votes because they have been polluted.

Those numbers do NOT indicate the undervotes would have been evenly split at all. Certainly some of the 25k were intentional, and I’ve been assuming 5k given the undervote rate in the rest of the state and to make the math easier.

Given Broward went roughly 70/30 to Nelson you’d expect him to pick up about 8k votes. If the undervote issue is a widespread tabulation error with the machines (0.01% chance of this IMO), I’d expect an 8k pickup and a huge decrease in undervotes.

If it’s much more than that, its fraud.

That is a good idea ... the barcode would be a hash value computed from the actual places that were marked on each ballot. In a recount the ballot reading machine would calculate the hash value again in the same manner and compare that answer to the bar code value. If the values don’t agree, spit the ballot out to a different stack.

Good idea. However this system could be defeated by placing a label over the bar code or some other means that destroys the original information. The law may have to be changed to allow nullification and destruction (or quarantine) of those ballots.

Dems weaponized cheating....

You’re right.

The last week Bill O’Reilly was on his Fox show he said the problem with people who do not have a religious faith and do not believe in God is that they have no restraint on their behavior. They can let it loose and do whatever suits them or gets them something, without guilt.
I thought about that as Dems get worse and worse.

Next may be deliberate false photoshopped images against candidates or office holders, counterfeit documents, phony tweets and emails arranged by leftist social media bosses, and lots of provocateur fights like Tucker Carlson and his daughter being slandered in public place. Each fight will be a blast against GOP with Dem getting off with a smirk by leftist judges all over America. Remember, one white male judge said on a video in court “black lives matter.”

Just responding to everyone’s blood pressure spiking when most of us can’t do much other than give Scott/DeSantis etc support to fight on. We know there are people on the ground in key positions who are monitoring the process and they’re prepared to act. Scott didn’t spend $51m of his own money to have the race taken from him. Still, I wish Kemp would appeal the court decision permitting late-received ballots to be counted which is contrary to the plain language of the GA election law.

Thank you.

One of the things that works against massive voter fraud is Americans have trouble keeping their mouths shut about their illegal activities, and tend to rat out others that are involved when the pressure mounts.

This has also spread into the American MAFIA, and we have seen this in the last 40 years where they turn on one another, to cut deals for lower sentencing..

To commit massive voter fraud, several people have to be involved and if law enforcement goes after them , someone will tell what happened to save their asses. -Tom

It’s like I live in a different country than the one I was born in.

I wore a United States Navy uniform as a younger man under RWR as well so it’s a double dose of hate from me.

I spit on leftists. Bring back the draft via EO, Mr. President.
